Encore development in SoBro. The income restrictions are slightly higher
now, and every development has guidelines that are different, but this
should give you a good idea of the qualifications needed to purchase an
income-restricted unit. Here are some developments around town that may offer new (or resale)
MDHA units: Encore, Viridian, ICON, Velocity, Werthan Mills, Kress, The
Exchange, Church Street Lofts, West Eastland, Rolling Mill Hill, 5th &
Main, Art Avenue Lofts, & Ambrose.
