"Affordable" unit in one of our urban condo developments? This insert
(which is a few years old) represents the deed restrictions at the
Encore development in SoBro. The income restrictions are slightly higher
now, and every development has guidelines that are different, but this
should give you a good idea of the qualifications needed to purchase an
income-restricted unit. Here are some developments around town that may offer new (or resale)
MDHA units: Encore, Viridian, ICON, Velocity, Werthan Mills, Kress, The
Exchange, Church Street Lofts, West Eastland, Rolling Mill Hill, 5th &
Main, Art Avenue Lofts, & Ambrose.
