New pricing on First American Home Warranty: $440 for basic warranty and $455 for the lower deductible. They are now covering the EPA mandate which states that ALL new A.C. units must meet the new federal guidelines. This means HIGHER costs for repairs and replacements. First American Home Warranty IS COVERING these changes in our BASIC policy. Plus, the upgrade now covers garage door and they have new options such as termite coverage.
