Here's a nice high-gloss home-buying brochure from American Home Shield - a national provider of home warranties. This flyer covers all sorts of first-time buyer topics like the 2010 tax credits, the importance of credit scores, income and down-payment in relation to mortgage options, choosing a home, and of course - that importance of home warranties. All-in-all, this is a really nice buyer tool and definitely worth a look.

I recommend printing out several copies and bringing them along to our showing appointments.
Here's a handy-dandy check list I lifted from HGTV's FrontDoor.com. Covering: mortgage pre-qualification, home buying budgets,
neighborhood research, hiring an agent, searching the MLS, making an offer, negotiating, escrow and closing.
